How to order : A pen and paper might come in handy as you shop this site. Be sure to include the title, item number, and price. You can pay securely online with Visa/MC on our  Place Your Order page.You may also order by phone, fax, or by mailing a check or money order. If this is long distance, or you get a message, we will be glad to call you back. Please note: There is a $10.00 minimum per order (before shipping and sales tax). ( 5% sales tax for SC residents only). Shipping charges are listed at the bottom of this page.

To avoid confusion and navigation problems it is important to decide on all of your selections before filling out the order form.

  1. Make ALL of your selections ( write them down, or copy and paste them into a document using a text editor such as wordpad).
  2. When you are finished shopping, go to a Place Your Order link and fill out the order form (type or paste your selections into the order form)
  3. Click "submit"

If you are interested in an item that has an OUT of stock designation, please send an email, and we will either let you know when we expect to have it, or help you find it.

PURCHASE POLICY

Classical Guitar Studio.com is owned and operated by Mike Connors Guitar Studio in Columbia, South Carolina. Guitars and merchandise can be shipped anywhere in the US by UPS, Priority Mail, or Fed Ex, with the merchandise pre-paid by Visa, Mastercard, cashiers check or postal money order. Sorry, no COD's. All freight and insurance are to be paid by the customer.  Customers have a 48 hour approval period with guitars only. Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until received and inspected by us. Shipping and insurance on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. There are no refunds or exchanges on printed music (unless the wrong item was shipped to you) so please make your selections carefully.

Shipments outside the continental U.S. Items destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO bases and countries outside the contintental U.S. require higher shipping charges than shown in the order forms. International Customers: Shipping and applicable duty charges are paid by the customer. Contact us for shipping charges.
